Megna Real Estate and Insurance Ltd is a privately owned company with our office located in Hamilton, Ontario. The firm was founded in 1966 to provide premier pro-active sales and management services to residential and commercial owners associations.
The Company is uniquely positioned in the association management industry because the client works directly with the principals of Megna Real Estate. Attention to detail with prompt and professional response is our standard. We are dedicated to establishing a select clientele for whom we provide exceptional management services. Our objective is to keep the excellent reputation that we are one of the best at offering management services. With direct accountability to the client and its members, prompt high quality service is assured.
In order to address the primary needs of the association, we have designed an efficient organization that provides the full range of association related services including property management, financial services, and sales. An association may utilize one or more of our service categories:

Megna Real Estate has experienced and qualified personnel whose priority is to provide excellent service to our clients. Our Property Liaisons are skilled in customer service and homeowners association management. They are experienced problem solvers and carefully follow through on all association matters. Our accounting staff and administrative staff are highly qualified in accounting and possess accounting and banking backgrounds. Our accounting department includes the qualified oversight of a certified public accountant (CPA).

As President of Real Estate And Insurance Limited Brokerage., Mr. Megna is responsible for establishing all policies and procedures used in the administration and implementation of programs on behalf of clients and is the liaison person with all outside agencies regarding policy procedure and implementation.
He has been active for over 40 years, specializing sales of multi Residential and Commercial properties, Real Estate, Property Management and Real Estate Appraisals. Roy(Rocco) has extensive experience with the Residential Rental Market and heads up the Residential Management Department of the company. In addition Roy(Rocco) is well versed in the Land Lord and Tenant Act and Court Proceedings. Additionally Roy(Rocco) is in direct control of other Property Managers and Administrative Personnel in the company.

Paul Megna has been actively involved in Real Estate sales Property Management, and is well versed in the Land Lord and Tenant Act and Court Proceedings. As Secretary Treasurer, Paul has been involved in all facets of the business. His learning of the business is on-going, attending courses and seminars on a regular basis.
