He has been active for over 40 years. He Specializes in multi Residential and Commercial properties, Real Estate, Property Management and Real Estate Appraisals. Roy(Rocco) has extensive experience with the Residential Rental Market and heads up the Residential Management Department of the company. In addition Roy(Rocco) is well versed in the Land Lord and Tenant Act and Court Proceedings. Additionally Roy(Rocco) is in direct control of other Property Managers and Administrative Personnel in the company.
