A small creek runs through Battlefield Park from the bottom, of the escarpment. Like all good condominium buildings, 75 Glenburn features a communication panel and security camera in the entranceway to help control entry to non-residents. During renovations, fire alarm systems arc also being upgraded. Safety will certainly not be a concern to those living here.

Of course, as with all of Megna's properties affordability is of prime importance. 75 Glenburn is no exception. Starting at just $65,900, many people could carry a mortgage on a home here for less than the cost of their current rent. And considering all of the amenities being made available at this property and the tasteful way the building is being renovated to suit the needs of today's homebuyer, the prices are certainly right.

Model units are available for viewing at 75 Glenburn Court Monday to Friday from 3pm to 5pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 5pm. While you're there, take some time and walk down into the ravine to Battlefield Creek. Go ahead and enjoy a little piece of geological history.
